The Home Decarbonisation Skills Training Competition provides £8.85 million funding support in 2023 to 2024 to a range of organisations in England to offer subsidised skills training to the energy efficiency and retrofit sectors.
At the end of the competition, DESNZ will appoint an independent evaluator to conduct an evaluation of the scheme.
This privacy notice sets out:
- how we process the personal data of scheme participants
- the rights you have under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

Personal and special category data of applicants and trainees will also be shared by the Midlands Local Net Zero Hub with an external evaluator for the purposes of carrying out an independent research survey.
