The framework referred to was let as 3 separate regional frameworks for provision of fit out and refurbishment works on the 12 March 2008 for a 4 year period, with no option in place to extend these frameworks for 24 months.
Galliford Try Construction Ltd were awarded a place on each of the frameworks.
The Home Office did however extend the frameworks for a period of 6 months from 12 March 2012 to provide continuity of service provision while replacement shared frameworks were put in place by another government department.
