Details

This guidance will be in force until 2 April 2018. It will be superseded by the revised guidance from 3 April 2018 when the Homelessness Reduction Act 2017 comes into force.

This statutory code of guidance is for local housing and social services authorities.

These authorities are required by law to have regard to this guidance when exercising their functions relating to people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.
