Details

The housing supply delivery agreement (HSDA) is for registered providers who:

  • are delivering new nil-grant homes for rent
  • are not party to a Grant Agreement under the Affordable Homes Programme 2021 to 2026

The purpose of the HSDA is to allow a registered provider to charge an Affordable Rent in accordance with 3.8(a) of the Rent Standard.

For more information, read section 2.2 of the Housing for Rent chapter in the Capital Funding Guide. This explains:

  • how a registered provider can apply for an HSDA seeking permission to charge Affordable Rent
  • the information Homes England needs before issuing an HSDA letter
