If you are applying for the Horizon Conviction Redress Scheme (HCRS), we ask you to inform us on your preliminary payment application form whether you have either:

  • been made bankrupt
  • entered into an Individual Voluntary Arrangement (IVA)
  • entered into a Debt Relief Order (DRO)

This page explains how these arrangements may impact your redress payment.
