Horsham Management Co One Ltd has applied to the Environment Agency for a licence.
The Environment Agency is giving notice of this application in accordance with Section 37 of the Water Resources Act 1991 and Regulation 6 of the Water Resources (Abstraction and Impounding) Regulations 2006.
The application is for a full licence to abstract water from the underground strata comprising of the Upper Tunbridge Wells Sand formation via three boreholes at National Grid References TQ 16247 28592, TQ 16227 28532 and TQ 16233 28464 near Horsham Golf Park, Denne Park, Horsham, West Sussex. The application is to abstract water as follows:

between 1 April and 31 March inclusive in each year.
The water will be used for domestic water supply to a number of properties being developed on the site.
