The Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS) and the University of Cambridge have undertaken a study on whether house prices and rents in the private rented sector reflect energy efficiency levels. It found that energy efficient measures are associated with a small but significant influence on quoted rental prices.
