How to make a complaint about how RPA uses your personal data

If you have concerns or a complaint about the way the Rural Payments Agency (RPA) handles your personal data, please provide details to us using the following methods.

The Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) prefers complaints to be directed to the organisation and its DPO in the first instance. If you are unhappy with the outcome following contact with RPA’s DPL or Defra’s DPO, you can email casework@ico.org.uk or write to:
