Details

This leaflet is for parents who care for a child. It explains how they will receive payments of child maintenance for children if they have arranged child maintenance through the Child Support Agency (CSA), and what choices they can make about how and when they will receive payments. It also explains what action the CSA can take if the non-resident parent fails to make a payment.
