Details

AP2 is accompanied by the AP2 Environmental Statement (AP2 ES). This reports on the significant environmental effects that the AP2 amendments are likely to have, where these are new or different to those reported in the Environmental Statement. It also outlines the measures that are being proposed to avoid, reduce or manage these effects.

A Supplementary Environmental Statement (SES2) has also been deposited which reports changes within the powers and limits of the Bill and the likely significant environmental effects of these changes.

SES2 and the AP2 ES will each be the subject of a public consultation. Note the consultation on the SES2 and AP2 ES will finish at 11.45 pm on 31st August 2023.
