Details
The equality impact assessment (EqIA) submitted with the hybrid bill in 2013 presented the equality issues potentially arising from the construction and operation of Phase One of HS2. The EqIA update reassesses the equality effects reported for the Euston area in light of the revised scheme for Euston station and the surrounding area.
The health impact assessment submitted with the hybrid bill in 2013 presented a qualitative assessment of potential health issues which could arise from the construction and operation of Phase One of HS2. The health impact assessment addendum presents an assessment of the revised scheme for Euston station and the surrounding area.
HS2 Ltd launched a consultation on the EqIA Update. This consultation closed on the 6th November 2015.

Since publishing the Euston update to the EqIA, a second update report has been prepared covering updates to the equality impact assessment over the rest of the Phase One route (CFAs 2 to 26).
