Details

In their second Special Report of Session 2015-16, the House of Commons Select Committee on the High Speed Rail (London – West Midlands) Bill requested that HS2 Ltd undertake a study to understand how livestock might be affected by the operation of HS2 and whether better mitigation should be provided.

The promoter responded to this request in paragraphs 92-93 of ‘Promoter’s Response to the Select Committee’s Special Report of Session 2015-2016’ agreeing to undertake this investigation and to conclude such work ahead of Royal Assent to the Bill.
