The Environment Agency has received an application to vary an environmental permit under the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2016 involving substantial change to a permit from Vivergo Fuels Limited.

The substantial variation application is for the following changes:
1. To change the permit limit for NOx at emission point A19
2. To change the permit limit for Total Phosphorous at emission point W1
3. To reduce the monitoring frequency for emission points A14, A20 and A21
Request for change of ELV at emission point A8 (as mentioned in the non-technical summary) has been removed from the scope of this variation.
