Details
UK Visas and Immigration staff guidance on the circumstances in which it would be appropriate for you to grant humanitarian protection. It also provides guidance on why a decision is made to refuse a renewal or to remove humanitarian protection.
There are two versions of the guidance. One for decision makers considering asylum claims lodged before 28 June 2022 and one for decision makers considering asylum claims lodged on or after 28 June 2022.
