Details
Read the guidance notes and complete this form to submit an enhanced pre-application enquiry to get advice before you apply for a hydroelectric power scheme. The form is designed to help you, and the Environment Agency, understand your proposed hydroelectric power scheme. It will help you to prepare the information the Environment Agency will need to consider a formal application for your scheme.
The costs and benefits of getting enhanced advice before you apply are explained in the guidance on how to get advice before you apply for a water abstraction or impounding licence.
You should also check the main guidance on how to apply to build a new hydropower scheme before you apply.
