4 January 2021 - Frequently Asked Questions
The deadline to ask questions about the content of the ITA Information For Applicants (IFA) passed at 5pm on the 18 December 2020. In the IFA we indicated that a final FAQs document would be published in the week commencing 4 January 2020. However, we have received no questions we consider to be of wider interest and as a result no FAQ will be published. ####10 December 2020 - Tender opportunity opens for the delivery of Immigration Telephone Advice Services from 1 June 2021 A new tender opportunity for the delivery of Immigration Telephone Advice (ITA Services) has opened today.
The deadline for submitting tenders is 9am on 18 January 2021.
We are inviting applicants who meet the minimum tender requirements to submit a tender for an Immigration Telephone Advice Contract (ITA Contract) to deliver ITA Services for 15 months from 1 June 2021 to 31 August 2022, subject to contractual provisions for extension and early termination.
The LAA is seeking to let two ITA Contracts of equal size to two separate organisations.
Organisations wishing to apply will need to submit a response to both the:
- Selection Questionnaire; and
- ITA Invitation to Tender

All tenders must be submitted using the e-Tendering system.

If you have any questions about the content of the IFA these must be raised through the e-Tendering system by 5pm on 18 December 2020.
