Details

This project developed an impact evaluation framework and collected baseline data to assess the impacts of new fisheries management measures in Lyme Bay for Dover sole. Built on a process evaluation (MMO1406), we used results from the baseline data and counterfactual model to predict future situation without any management measure. The evidence provides a good understanding of the potential benefits of introducing the new management, and offers some insights on how such measures could lead to additional positive effects.
