Importing medicines from the EEA after Brexit
If you import human medicines from the EU, Norway, Iceland or Liechtenstein, you’ll need to review your wholesale dealer’s licence if there’s a no-deal Brexit.

In a no-deal Brexit existing wholesale dealers that source human medicines from an EEA State for use in the UK will need to review their existing wholesale dealer’s licence.
This guidance will apply from exit day in line with the Human Medicines Regulations (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019.
