Details

Importers and traders of plants for planting material must complete this spreadsheet to record the botanical name (genus and species) and quantity of import consignments. Do not include seeds on the form.

You’ll need your phytosanitary certificate to complete the spreadsheet.

After completing your spreadsheet, export as a CSV file. You’ll need a separate CSV file for each phytosanitary certificate in your application.

If your consignment has more than 200 lines of different genera and species you will have to put this onto a separate spreadsheet and save it as a separate CSV.

Upload your CSV files to the PEACH system along with each of your phytosanitary certificates and other required documents in stage 2B of an import notification.

Read the guidance on how to complete the spreadsheet.

If you have any problems with the spreadsheet email your local PSHI inspector.

For further information, see the guidance on importing plants, fruit, vegetables or plant material to the UK.
