Amending producer details concerning anti-dumping and countervailing duties on imports of certain new and retreaded tyres for buses or lorries, originating in China.
The Commission, by Decision (EU) No OJ C259, has accepted the change of name of a producer subject to anti-dumping and countervailing duties on imports of pneumatic tyres, originating in the People’s Republic of China.
The change of name does not affect the company’s right to benefit from the duty rates applied to the company’s previous name.
This Decision takes effect from 2 August 2019.
