Amending the anti-dumping duty on imports of certain seamless pipes and tubes of iron or steel, originating in Ukraine.
Following a partial interim review, the Commission has advised by Implementing Regulation No. (EU), 2019/1295 OJ L204, an amendment to the anti-dumping duty rate on imports of seamless pipes and tubes of iron or steel, of circular cross-section, of an external diameter not exceeding 406.4 mm with a CEV not exceeding 0.86 according to the IIW formula and chemical analysis, originating in Ukraine and produced by exporting producer Interpipe.
This regulation takes effect from 3 August 2019.
