Following a partial interim review, the European Commission has announced in Implementing Regulation (EU) 2020/738, official journal L175, the changes to countervailing duty on imports of polyethylene terephthalate, having a viscosity number of 78 ml/g or higher, according to ISO Standard 1628-5, originating in India.
This regulation took effect from 5 June 2020.
The countervailing duty applicable to the net free-at-Union-frontier price, before duty will be as follows:
