Details

A 6-month improvement notice was issued on 10 April 2013. A second, 12-month improvement notice was issued on 10 April 2014 to:

• sustain and embed improvements under the first notice
• improve weaknesses revealed by self-assessment and peer review

Further improvements were required in leadership and governance, quality of safeguarding practice, and effective partnership working.

This notice was lifted on 6 July 2015.
