Details

An assessment of the impact of new national standards for essential digital skills and the introduction of a national entitlement on people with protected characteristics under the Equality Act 2010.

The impact is assessed based on proposals outlined in the government response published in April 2019.

The relevant protected characteristics include:

  • disability
  • gender reassignment
  • pregnancy and maternity
  • race
  • religion or belief
  • sex
  • sexual orientation
