Every child deserves to grow up in a safe, stable and loving home. Realising this ambition depends on all organisations working together to support children, young people and families.
This guidance is for all statutory safeguarding partners and relevant agencies, it should be read alongside the statutory guidance.
It is designed to help everyone to implement the changes in working together to safeguard children and the children’s social care national framework, to improve practice with children, young people and families. Leaders should apply this guidance to their local context.
It may also be useful for parents and carers and children and young people who are receiving support from children’s social care.
