1. The number of in-country postal applications submitted by international students for Tier 4 visas between 1 January and 28 February 2013 and 1 April and 31 May 2013.

2. The dates that decisions were made to issue passports and biometric residency permits for all in-country postal applications submitted by international students for Tier 4 visas between 1 and 31 October 2012, 1 January and 31 April 2013 and 1 April and 31 May 2013.

3. The processing time between the UKBA receiving an application and its decision to allow an applicant to submit their biometrics, including the average time between 1 August and 31 October 2012,1 January and 28 February 2013 and 1 April and 31 May 2013.

4. The processing time between the UKBA receiving an applicant’s biometric information and its decision, including the average time between 1 August and 31 October 2012, 1 January and 28 February 2013 and 1 April and 31 May 2013.
