The aim of this document is to describe the questions and options that will be asked for each type of incident within the incident recording system that UK fire and rescue services will use to submit their data electronically to the Department for Communities and Local Government.

The document is aimed at fire and rescue authority business users and performance management staff to allow them to understand the questions that will be asked within the incident recording system.
