Details

This action plan sets out what will be done to increase hen harrier populations in England. It outlines six complementary actions and sets out who is leading on each action, the timescale for them to be achieved and the expected benefits.

The action plan has been developed by the Defra-led Upland Stakeholder Forum hen harrier sub-group. The sub-group is made up of representatives from Defra, Game & Wildlife Conservation Trust, Moorland Association, National Gamekeepers Organisation, National Parks UK, Natural England and the RSPB.
