Details

This report is about the effectiveness of child trafficking advocates, presented to Parliament under section 48(7) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015.

In January 2014, the previous government announced that it would trial a new system of independent child trafficking advocates.

Between September 2014 and September 2015 a trial was run in 23 local authority areas. This is the government’s report. The independent evaluation of the trial is also available.
