This is the Commission’s third report on the security normalisation programme, under the provisions of article 5 (1) of the International Agreement. The report covers the period from 1 August 2006 to 31 January 2007 and it concludes that the provisions of the security normalisation programme have been met in relation to military support to the police, changes to the police estate and new patrolling patterns.

This paper was laid before Parliament in response to a legislative requirement or as a Return to an Address and was ordered to be printed by the House of Commons.
