The Independent Review of Children’s Social Care was led by Josh MacAlister between July 2021 and May 2022.
This is his final report, published on 23 May 2022, along with:
- the recommendation annexes
- a summary for children and young people
The government’s response to the report, including actions it is taking to improve children’s social care, is also available.
