This document forms the response from BEIS to the government and Ofgem commissioned Electricity engineering standards review, which was conducted by an independent panel chaired by Simon Harrison.

The document sets out BEIS’ response to each of the panel Specific Engineering Matters (SEM) recommendations, alongside BEIS’ response to the Review’s net zero framework recommendations.
