Findings of a survey commissioned by the Department for Business, Innovation and Skills to gain greater insight into the importance of financial factors in decisions about higher education.

This report has been prepared by YouthSight, a specialist youth research agency. YouthSight conducted a survey with university applicants and first year university students studying at universities outside London.

The study excluded young people who had not applied to university.
