Students received more than 400,000 results for vocational and technical qualifications for progression to further study, alongside 5.6 million GCSEs.
Students received results for over 360,000 Tech Awards, issued alongside GCSEs.
More than 12,000 Technical Certificates awarded to post-16 students.
The 3 subject areas with the most qualification certificates issued to students are:
• leisure, travel and tourism: 81,900
• arts, media and publishing: 72,400
• health, public services and care: 69,250
