Details

The NHS ISP was launched in May 2012 to provide trusted, high-quality information to new and expectant parents.

This report evaluated the effectiveness of the service in its first 10 months and identifies areas of achievement as well as areas for the service to develop in future.

The report also looks at the reach of the service and what could be done to increase sign-ups and raise awareness, particularly among hard to reach groups.
