This new mandate clearly defines the roles and responsibilities of both the IPA and departments across six key areas:
- the Government Major Projects Portfolio (GMPP);
- data for GMPP projects and programmes; government project delivery assurance;
- setting, embedding and building standards;
- professional project delivery and leadership capability; and
- building market confidence.
