Details

This new mandate clearly defines the roles and responsibilities of both the IPA and departments across six key areas:

  • the Government Major Projects Portfolio (GMPP);
  • data for GMPP projects and programmes; government project delivery assurance;
  • setting, embedding and building standards;
  • professional project delivery and leadership capability; and
  • building market confidence.
