Details

This Order is made in relation to a complaint that Mr Boys in his role as Supervisor of two Individual Voluntary Arrangement (IVA) cases breached the terms of both IVAs when he drew disbursements for which he did not have the requisite approval.

Accordingly, Mr Boys was found liable to disciplinary action under the IPA’s Articles of Association.
