Details

This Order is made in relation to a complaint that Adam Boys breached the fundamental principle of Professional Behaviour of the Insolvency Code of Ethics when he continued to advertise services that he was unable to offer, despite 16 reminders from the Secretariat not to do so.

Accordingly, Mr Boys was found liable to disciplinary action under the IPA’s Articles of Association.
