Details

This Order is made in relation to a complaint that Mr Cadman, in respect of his appointments as liquidator of two companies whilst at his former firm, breached the Fundamental Principle of Professional Competence and Due Care of the Insolvency Code of Ethics when he failed to:

  • ensure that Forms RP15 and RP15A were submitted in a timely manner in respect of one company, and
  • make a distribution to preferential creditors in a timely manner in respect of both companies.

Accordingly, Mr Cadman was found liable to disciplinary action under the IPA’s Articles of Association.
