Summary of complaint:
This Order is made in relation to a complaint that Mr Morris, in his role as liquidator of a company, breached the Fundamental Principle of Professional Competence and Due Care of the Insolvency Code of Ethics when he failed to communicate with the company’s pension administrators in a timely manner and failed to ensure that a complete and accurate Form RP15 and Form RP15A were submitted to the Redundancy Payments Service prior to leaving office.
Accordingly, Mr Morris was found liable to disciplinary action under the IPA’s Articles of Association.
