Details

This Order is made in relation to a complaint that Daniel Leigh in his role as Liquidator of two companies, in Creditors Voluntary Liquidation, breached Section 331 of the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002, when he failed to report his suspicion of criminal conduct to the National Crime Agency.

Accordingly, Mr Leigh was found liable to disciplinary action under the IPA’s Articles of Association.
