Details

This Order is made in relation to a complaint that Ms Westerman, in her role as supervisor of four Individual Voluntary Arrangements (IVAs), breached the Fundamental Principle of Professional Competence and Due Care by failing to conclude each debtor’s IVA in a timely manner.

Accordingly, Ms Westerman was found liable to disciplinary action under the IPA’s Articles of Association.
