This Order is made in relation to an allegation that Mr Halligan acting in his role as office holder of multiple companies, breached the fundamental principle of Professional Competence and Due Care of the Insolvency Code of Ethics when he failed to file Progress Reports in a timely manner or at all at Companies House, in contravention of the Insolvency Rules 2016 18.6(4), 18.7(6), 18.8(5) and 2.41(4).

Accordingly, Mr Halligan was found liable to disciplinary action under the IPA’s Articles of Association.
