Summary of complaint:

This Order is made in relation to a complaint that Mr Palmer, in his role as liquidator of a company, breached the Fundamental Principle of Professional Competence and Due Care of the Insolvency Code of Ethics when he failed to ensure that a complete and accurate Forms RP15 and RP15A were submitted to the Redundancy Payments Service in a timely manner and failed to address correspondence from the company’s pensions administrator in a timely manner.

Accordingly, Mr Palmer was found liable to disciplinary action under the IPA’s Articles of Association.
