Thank you for your email of 18 March 2022.
You made a request to the Insolvency Service asking the following:
“Please could you let us know:
-
if P&O Ferries submitted HR1 forms for the recently announced redundancies?

if these were received in line with the legally required timelines?

when the form was received?

how many possible redundancies were listed?

if recognised trade unions and reasons for redundancies were listed on the form
-
if the service was notified, what steps the service took in relation to these planned redundancies.”
The Insolvency Service does not hold the information; it has not received an HR1 form from P&O Ferries for the recently announced redundancies.
Further information can be found within the public domain as set out in the response by Peter Hebblethwaite, CEO of P&O Ferries, to enquiries made by Business Secretary Kwasi Kwarteng and Labour Markets Minister Paul Scully on the 18 March 2022.
