Thank you for your email of 8 December in which you requested from the Insolvency Service:
“Your publication states that:
Between 26 June 2020 and 30 September 2022, in England & Wales, 40 moratoriums were obtained and 12 companies had a restructuring plan registered at Companies House. These two procedures were created by the Corporate Insolvency and Governance Act 2020.
Please may I have the details of these companies? If this is not possible, please indicate whether or not any of these businesses is an SME”.
