Re: Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) Request
Thank you for your email of 14 February in which you requested from the Insolvency Service:
a. Who provides your WAN and internet connectivity and the annual spend on each
b. Who provides your SIP trunks and what is the annual spend
c. Who provides your WAN services, is this MPLS, SD WAN or Internet, and what is the annual spend
d. Who provides your LAN infrastructure and what is your annual spend
e. Who provides your WIFI infrastructure and what is your annual spend
f. Please confirm the manufacturer(s) of your wired network core and edge switching?
g. When was your core network installed?
h. Has it been updated subsequently?
i. Who maintains your core network?
j. When is the contract renewal date?
k. Please confirm value of the initial project?
l. Please confirm the value of annual support/maintenance services (in £)?
Your request has been dealt with under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOIA).
I can confirm the agency holds the information that you have requested and I have provided answers to your questions below.
a. Who provides your WAN and internet connectivity and the annual spend on each? This information can be found in the Contracts Finder Notice, the Contract was also extended for a further 12 months and will expire in Q2 2023.
b. Who provides your SIP trunks and what is the annual spend? This information can be found in the SIP Channels Traditional Telephony Services - Contracts Finder the Contract was also extended for a further 12 months and will expire in Q4 2023.
c. Who provides your WAN services, is this MPLS, SD WAN or Internet, and what is the annual spend? This information can be found in the Contracts Finder Notice, the Contract was also extended for a further 12 months and will expire in Q2 2023.
d. Who provides your LAN infrastructure and what is your annual spend? This information can be found in the Contracts Finder Notice, the Contract was also extended for a further 12 months and will expire in Q2 2023.
e. Who provides your WIFI infrastructure and what is your annual spend? This information can be found in the Contracts Finder Notice, the Contract was also extended for a further 12 months and will expire in Q2 2023.
f. Please confirm the manufacturer(s) of your wired network core and edge switching? Cisco and HP
g. When was your core network installed? Go-Live date was August 2019
h. Has it been updated subsequently? No
Information for questions I, j, k and l can be found in the Contracts Finder Notice, the Contract was also extended for a further 12 months and will expire in Q2 2023.
