Your request has been dealt with under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOIA).
I can confirm the agency holds the information that you have requested and I have provided answers to your questions below:
- Suppliers who applied for inclusion on each contract and were successful and not successful._
This Contract was sourced via G-Cloud. As such, there is no Tender process. The G-cloud sourcing process was followed accordingly.
- Actual spend on this contract from the start of the contract to the current date_
Contract Value can be found using the Contracts Finder Notice. Actual spend will not be shared. https://www.contractsfinder.service.gov.uk/Notice/d7ab2b2d-c687-4135-8bc3-1e5cb9e49afb
- Start date and duration of the contract?
This information is available via the Contracts Finder Notice: https://www.contractsfinder.service.gov.uk/Notice/d7ab2b2d-c687-4135-8bc3-1e5cb9e49afb
- Could you please provide a copy of the service/product specification given to all bidders for when this contract was last advertised?
The G-cloud process was followed and therefore the was no ‘bidding’ process or list of ‘bidders’. The Suppliers Service Description should be reviewed for any further detail required.
- Is there an extension clause in the contract and, if so, the duration of the extension?
This information is available via the Contracts Finder Notice, specifically the Redacted Contract attached to it: https://www.contractsfinder.service.gov.uk/Notice/d7ab2b2d-c687-4135-8bc3-1e5cb9e49afb
- Has a decision been made yet on whether the contract is being either extended or renewed?
This Contract, along with another offering overlapping services is currently being reviewed for a consolidated sourcing exercise. As such, this information is withheld under S43 of FOIA as it is commercially sensitive.
- Who is the senior officer (outside of procurement) responsible for this contract?
The name of the officer responsible for the contract is personal data and is therefore exempt under S40 (2) of the FOIA
