Thank you for your email of 24 October 2022 in which you requested the following from the Insolvency Service:
“Under the Freedom of Information Act, please confirm the total payments made to employees in the U.K. between 1st January 2022 and 30th September 2022 in respect of the following:

a redundancy payment

holiday pay
-
outstanding payments like unpaid wages, overtime and commission
-
money that would have earned working a notice period (‘statutory notice pay’)
by reference to the following types of insolvency across all sectors of the economy:

company voluntary arrangement

individual voluntary arrangement

debt relief order”
