This document, the Stakeholder Confidence Survey 2012 Report, was part of a project undertaken by SPA Future Thinking who were commissioned by the Insolvency Service. The views of the report are the authors’ own and do not necessarily reflect those of the Insolvency Service.

The research was conducted to:

  • measure stakeholders’ confidence in the Insolvency Service and the effectiveness of sanctions the Insolvency Service has available to them;

  • canvas stakeholders’ views on the prioritisation of cases;

  • test the prioritisation of cases;

  • measure awareness of routes of complaint.
